I’m Mark, the face behind Caledonia Catering.

My culinary journey began in 1999 in my home country of Scotland, and over the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of serving the hospitality and tourism industries.

For the past 11 years, I have been residing in New Zealand, where I have recently established my own business, Caledonia Catering. Our services specialise in Food Safety Consultancy, Private Catering, Small Business Startups, and Relief Work.
